LJK Resources provides a network of HR practitioners, led by Lesley Kaye.

Projects vary from just a few days to many months and some example include: competency development and the introduction of 360° feedback for Coca-Cola HBC SA, introducing performance management for Thomas Cook Airlines and implementing an OD & HR strategy and achieving Investors in People for a software company.

 

A Message from the Managing Director, Lesley Kaye

Lesley Kaye - Managing Director of LJK Resources"Prior to moving into consultancy, I was Head of Learning, Education and Development for a major construction management company. For the past nine years I have specialised in maximising the potential of individuals through company projects and one-to-one client coaching.

I am a professional business coach, consultant & interim executive in both a UK and international environment, with a track record of success in both company & individual development. I work with a range of corporate and personal clients who want to effect positive change, maximising their potential to achieve challenging business or personal goals.

As a qualified human resource development specialist and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, my experience ranges across a number of business sectors including FMCG, IT, airline, construction, electronics, ‘Not for profit’ and industrial gases."
